$20.00 fee must be paid for tryout application to be complete.

This tryout is for players aged 17 and older

*Parent/Guardian must sign waiver if under the age of 18 (provided ahead of tryout)

Bring appropriate soccer gear - cleats, shin guards (must be worn)
